Fit for 2

These classes are perfect for busy parents who want to keep active

No childcare? No problem.

It can be hard to find time to exercise when you're a parent or guardian. Don't worry, our Fit for 2 classes are the perfect solution. You can bring your little one along to your workout.

Everything you need to know about Fit for 2

The classes are for any parent or guardian who struggles to find childcare when they want to go to the gym or a fitness class. It’s not just about keeping fit. People feel happier and make friends at the sessions. They are also showing children how to live a healthy life.

Choose from a range of sessions, from indoor cycling to Metafit. Children under 12 are welcome to come along as long as they stay close to you. Babies and toddlers can sit in a car seat or buggy so you can always see them.

The four different sessions take place across Glasgow Club Scotstoun, Tollcross and Castlemilk. The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, and you can bring more than one child along.

To protect young ears, the music is played at a lower volume than in regular classes.
