Birthday Parties
The perfect place to host a celebration!
The Soft Play and Clip n' Climb at Kelvin Hall are now available for birthday parties and private hire.
Parties are available Mon to Fri from 4pm-6pm or 5.15 pm-7.15pm and Saturdays & Sundays 9.30-1130am or 10.45am-12.45pm. This is dependent on availability.
Soft Play
Our Soft Play parties will have children wishing they had two birthdays a year!
Our Circus in the Park themed Soft Play is an exciting adventure indoor soft play for ages 0 to 10 years.
With individual areas for baby, toddler and junior play, we have something for children of all developmental stages. Features including slides, ball pits, ball cannons, rope bridges and sensory toys will ensure that everyone will have a fantastic time with us!
£19.50 per child, includes 2 hours soft play access and food.
Minimum 10 & Maximum 30 kids.
10 adults included in price then £1 per adult.
Mascot visits can be requested for £20
Party bags and cake not provided but allowed. Please not candles are not permitted.
Food options from our cafe only.
Food served buffet style including Pizza, chicken nuggets & waffle fries with crisps and juice on the table with ice-cream served afterwards.
Clip n Climb
Our Clip ‘n Climb parties are a fantastic way to celebrate your birthday – whether you’re turning 4 or 94! Anyone can climb as long as can understand safety briefing and able to climb.
We have two party options for you to choose from.
Exclusive use of CnC for 1 hour period priced at £350.
Food not included but can be added for £7.50 per child.
Up to 25 children.
Choice of 5 session times available.
2 hour party (1st for climbing and 2nd for food) at £22 per child.
Minimum of 15 and maximum of 25 children.
Soft play access can be added in the 2nd hour for £2.50 per child.
Food served buffet style consisting of pizza, chicken nuggets & Waffle fries with crisps & Juice on the table with ice-creame served afterwards.
Party bags and cake are not provided but are allowed. No candles permitted.

Some helpful information on bookings:
To secure your party 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and remainder of balance due on the day of party. Please be aware once party has been booked into system you have 7 days to pay the deposit or booking will not be honoured.
The maximum number for a Clip n Climb party is 20 people.
The maximum for soft play party is 30 children.
Minimum number of 10 children for soft play party bookings and 15 for Clip n' Climb party bookings. Ten accompanying adults are included for free, then charged at £1 per adult for numbers above 10.
Guest numbers can be altered until 7 days before the party booking date.
No candles/open flames are allowed in the area due to fire system.
Dietary requests must be made 7 days before party booking date for alternatives to be made.
