This Book Week Scotland (18th- 24th November) join Glasgow Libraries for our citywide packed programme of inspiring, interesting and entertaining bookish events for people of all ages.

This year’s Book Week Scotland theme is Hope, and so for our first event we are delighted to welcome Scottish author Douglas Bruton to Maryhill Library.

Douglas will discuss his new novel ‘Hope Never Knew Horizon’, a beautifully written work of historical fiction, which explores three interwoven stories of hope in 19th century London.
