Check out the free online and in-person training and conversation events available over the coming months. They cover a range of topics including mental health, endometriosis, neurodiversity, managing stress, financial fitness and support for parents and carers.
These equality, diversity and wellbeing sessions are designed to help you develop, grow and feel supported at work.
Choosing Words: Mastering Inclusive Language and Communication, Tuesday 3 March, 12noon to 1pm
This practical session offers clear, real world examples and straightforward guidance to help you recognise and use inclusive language in your day to day work.
Led by Inclusion Lead Dana David, the session provides practical tools you can apply immediately to support equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging across our organisation.

Endometriosis, Bloating and Back Pain, Wednesday 4 March, 6pm to 7pm
March is Endometriosis Action Month, a time to raise awareness of a long term condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows elsewhere in the body.
Endometriosis is very common, affecting around 1 in 10 women and people assigned female at birth, and for many it can have a significant impact on daily life.
To mark Action Month, Endometriosis UK is hosting a free online webinar exploring the links between endometriosis, bloating, and back pain. Physiotherapist Warrick McNeil will join the session to discuss how these symptoms interact, what may contribute to pain and discomfort, and simple breathing and movement strategies that may help support your body.
Women’s Confidence Course – Invest in Yourself, Thursday 5 March and Thursday 12 March, 9.30am to 12.30pm (both days)

Walk and Talk – SAMH, every Thursday in March (5, 12, 19 and 26), from 12noon to 1pm
Walking is a great way to get active, connect with others, and take notice of what's around you. Join SAMH from 12 noon to get moving for your mental health. Visit The Nook after for a hot drink and opportunity to access wellbeing resources.

Health and Wellbeing Roadshow, Tuesday 10 March, 11am to 1pm
Chief Executive and Finance Services are hosting a free Health and Wellbeing Roadshow for staff. Drop in between 11am and 1pm to:

Women’s Financial Wellbeing in Scotland, Tuesday 10 March, 1pm to 3pm
To mark International Women’s Day 2026, Money Advice Scotland are hosting an online event focused on women’s financial wellbeing in Scotland.
This session will bring together expert voices from across the third sector to explore the financial challenges women face and what the evidence tells us about how this impacts on women’s financial wellbeing. Featuring speakers from:

Conversation Café at the Nook – unpaid carers, Wednesday 11 March, 5.30pm to 6.30pm
This conversation café is a welcoming space for carers of family or friends. Held at The Nook, it offers a relaxed, informal setting to meet others who understand, share experiences, and talk openly without judgement or pressure. You’re welcome to listen, speak, or simply take a quiet pause with a cup of tea. The Nook is a safe, friendly community space where carers can connect, feel supported, and remember they’re not alone.
A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction.

Managing Stress and Boosting Resilience, Thursday 12 March, 10am to 12noon
This Healthy Working Lives session, led by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, is suitable for both managers and employees to help:
- Understand the links between pressure, stress, performance and health
- Measure your own personal resilience (using a questionnaire providing scores on 8 dimensions of resilience)
- Identify actions you can take to cope with stress and build resilience – whether this is at home or in the workplace
Endometriosis Awareness, Thursday 12 March, 12noon to 1.15pm
To mark Endometriosis Action Month, the ALLIANCE and the Scottish Government are hosting a free online webinar exploring endometriosis, including common symptoms, treatment options, and how to have informed and productive conversations with healthcare professionals.
This session aims to support anyone affected by endometriosis, as well as those looking to better understand the condition and the impact it can have.
Neurodiversity and Inclusion, Monday 16 March, 10am to 10.30am
To mark Neurodiversity Celebration Week, join PAM Wellness as they discuss ways in which organisations can understand, support and empower neurodivergent teams and celebrate neurodiversity. Leave with actionable strategies you can implement in your own teams and support your organisation to thrive.
Sleep and Mental Health, Monday 16 March, 12noon to 12.45pm
We are delivering this session in partnership with SAMH who will explore the relationship between sleep and mental health including sources of support. Gain an understanding of the science behind sleep including the influences and impact of poor sleep. Learn about good sleep hygiene and gain practical tips and resources to improve mental health and promote better sleep.
Financial Fitness: Planning for Later Life, Tuesday 17 March, 11am to 12noon
This session is about planning for later life, including the costs people may face and the simple steps that can help reduce stress and uncertainty in the future. We’ll cover topics such as funeral costs, wills, power of attorney, and where to find trustworthy support and guidance.
The session is suitable for anyone who wants to understand what planning for later life involves and where to start, whatever stage of life you are at.
Thriving at Work: Supporting Neurodivergent Wellbeing, Wednesday 18 March, 11am to 12noon
Join Onvero’s Inclusion Lead, Dionne Eldridge, for an insightful and supportive session focused on creating workplaces where neurodivergent colleagues can truly thrive. This session will explore what neurodivergent wellbeing looks like in practice, how to recognise and reduce barriers at work, and the positive steps teams and leaders can take to build a more inclusive culture.
