85% of colleagues who participated in the survey believe their manager trusts them to get on with their job. We are committed to supporting colleagues and empowering them to continue to deliver high standards of customer service. We value the fact that colleagues feel trusted to do their job and endeavour to build on this positive feedback.

To improve…

We recognise a high percentage of participants in the survey do not believe the findings will be acted upon. The Sport Operations management team are committed to listening to the views of colleagues. Valuable Q&A sessions started last year will continue. We also recognise the Operations team has dealt with numerous challenges over the last year and we will improve our communication with all colleagues to ensure everyone knows what is happening and how we are performing as an organisation.

To start doing…

Over the last couple of years, it has been difficult to deliver the level of training we would have liked to. Therefore, throughout 2024, we are committed to maximising opportunities for colleagues to improve their skills and knowledge through several different training platforms.
