Colleague Feedback Survey 2023: You Said, We Did – Museums and Collections

Following our 2023 Colleague Feedback Survey, the Museums and Collections team has committed to sharing positive customer feedback and regularly thanking colleagues for a job well done.

In Kelvingrove, they now share positive Trip Advisor comments in the break room and above the sign in sheet so everyone can see the excellent reviews colleagues are receiving.

The team has also committed to making sure everyone can do their jobs well and understands more about the decisions being made across the wider service by regularly sharing key information through bulletins and team meetings. They have also introduced anonymous suggestion boxes so colleagues can share their ideas to improve how things are done in their venue and managers are attending briefing sessions to hear questions and ideas.
