Colleague Feedback Survey 2023: You Said, We Did – Libraries and Communities

Following the 2023 Colleague Feedback Survey, the Libraries and Communities team has committed to recognising the great service they deliver to our customers by hosting an annual 'Celebrating Successes' event and by sharing positive colleague stories at regular team development sessions, and on their blog and team social media.

They are also working together to create a culture where ideas are encouraged, respected and acted upon and have introduced six-weekly one-to-ones for all colleagues as well as monthly team meetings.
