Cradle a cosy brew and listen in as Celtic Connections musicians chat about music and creativity. Your host Adam Sutherland will be guiding the conversation, finding out what makes the guests tick, what drives them to do what they do and any other stories they may wish to share.
Adam Sutherland has devoted his entire life to composing, performing and teaching Scottish fiddle music. ‘The Road to Errogie’ and ‘Trip to the Market’ are two tunes that have become session standards in many countries around the world, whilst many more of Adam’s pathogenically catchy melodies are also gaining in popularity. On stage, Adam has become very well known from touring with well loved bands such as Session A9, Treacherous Orchestra, Peatbog Faeries, Croft no. Five and Nae Plans.
This is a rare chance for audience members to learn more about the unique life stories of the people behind the music. Come and listen with a cup of tea and a wee treat!
